We held our mother's 90th birthday party at Sandra's 5 years ago and the food was spectacular so when we planned a party for our 40th wedding anniversary last month they were an obvious choice. This time, however we wanted to host  the party in our backyard  and we were happy when Sandra's said they  could accommodate us. It was a large party (100 guests) and the team at Sandra's was extremely helpful and accommodating. Since we expected guests to arrive throughout the afternoon, they even agreed to deliver food in three separate deliveries throughout the afternoon so there was always fresh food available. We decided we wanted a more informal buffet style as opposed to a sit down meal, both were options. We had 2 servers with us throughout the afternoon  to set up the transport food, keep the buffet dishes fresh and clean up afterward. Their service was exceptional and personable. We had 14  different dishes so there was a lot to maintain.  All the food was delicious with their hallmark riblets, mozzarella bites and lobster mac and cheese as standouts. We choose to provide our own drinks and alcohol, but Sandra's would have provided a bartender if we had wanted to go that route. We also chose to use disposal plates and cultlery. In every aspect the Sandra's  team was incredibly flexible in providing whatever we wanted for our celebration. They even suggested that if there was something we wanted  served that was not on their menu, they would make it work. Spectacular service and decision food!
